Peter R. Andrews provides legal counsel to all types of businesses and municipal entities. He has over 40 years of experience in representing clients in commercial, banking and public finance transactions. He is adept at developing a keen understanding of his clients business problems and goals, making his ability to provide solutions invaluable. Pete offers experience in all aspects of municipal finance. He has served as underwriter's counsel, issuer's counsel, trustee's counsel and bond insurer's counsel in virtually every area of both tax exempt and taxable public finance. He represents the York County Industrial Development Authority, a major conduit issuer and has established strong, effective working relationships with each of the other major conduit issuers in York County. Typical financing projects include multi-family housing; health care institutions; public parks and industrial parks.
Pete takes a team approach to attorney/client relations. While developing the necessary one-to-one personal relationship with his clients, he also ensures that they have access to CGA's full team of attorneys with expertise in a wide range of disciplines. - Represented the General Authority of South Central Pennsylvania in the issuance of $250,000,000 bonds for WellSpan Health expansion project.
- Prepared condominium documents for and represent numerous condominium projects and associations.
- Represented York County Economic Development corporation in the acquisition, financing and construction of the Philadelphia Street Industrial Plaza.
- Represented the General Authority of South Central Pennsylvania in the issuance of $75,000,000 bonds for the York County Judicial Center.
